Our mission is to help property owners improve the relationship between their buildings, land, water, and communities through practical planning, responsible stewardship, and owner-focused project leadership. Founded by Nicholas Morganti, who brings multidisciplinary expertise in business, accounting, property ownership, construction, and project development, Watershed serves homeowners, institutions, nonprofits, community associations, and property owners throughout the region.

We help clients assess properties, identify opportunities, develop practical improvement plans, assemble qualified teams, and oversee projects from concept through completion. Working from the owner’s perspective, we help clients understand their property as a connected system, establish priorities, evaluate alternatives, and protect project goals through environmental stewardship, project strategy, cost awareness, and independent advocacy.
